Assassin - Charged Dash - CoC - Volatile Dead - 300K ball dps

CoC now has a lower internal cooldown then CwC.
Build has a focus on high movement speed + high attack speed for increase mobility with charged dash.

--This build can be done with CwC instead of CoC, but the interval results in a lower proc rate of volatile dead

--Also, the damage appears to be lower, but I have not experimented with it enough...

-queen of the forest is not 100% required...

-can be cheap if done correctly
-Charged dash does not require a specific weapon (not unarmed tho)
-loreweave can be used...
-pathfinder variant option... (non crit + cwc)

Anger + Blasphemy + Flammability + enlighten

Spell totem + faster Casting (ormulti totems) + unearth + GMP

Charged Dash + Cast on crit strike + volatile dead + immolate + Combustion + Controlled destruction- or -Concentrated effect(single target best option)

Clarity (lvl 1 to 5)(great with a: damage taken gained as mana on hit watchers eye)
summon lightening golem or summon flame golem
Vaal Haste



Required gear:

Uniques:
-Gluttony belt (CWDT cycle) (corrupted with Max life, multi or movement speed or % anger effect attack speed are BIS)
-Devoto's Devotion (movement speed)
-Transcendent spirit (adds at least 10% movement speed)

Rare:
1 handed
Beneficial: High attack speed (1.7+)
beneficial: Spell damage
Required mod: "hits cant be evaded"

1 ring with either:
dex or strength depending on your tree variant...

gloves+boots: high evasion is required for queen of the forest...
Glove Mods:
Attack speed +life +resistance (high evasion for queen of the forest)
option mods:
-% increased Damage during any Flask Effect
-% increased Damage while Leeching
-1 to Level of Socketed AoE Gems
-% increased Elemental Damage if you've dealt a Critical Strike Recently
-% Global chance to Blind Enemies on hit
-Socketed Gems are supported by Level ## Blind

Boots Mods:
Movement speed + life +resistance + cannot be frozen crafted mod is great for freeing up a flask... (high evasion for queen of the forest)
