[3.5] Reave Assassin build? Looking for advice

Hi Guys,
I have been away from PoE for a long long time and recently I've decided to have some fun once again. I used to play a Dagger Reave Assasin with mediocre gear but I was able to pull 150k+ dps and had decent survivability. I'm pretty sure this is the build I used to run though it might be a poor recreation of one that used to work pretty well.
