Fork vs Chain vs Pierce

Running a MF Deadeye and wondering if i should be:


Getting a Rigwald Quills for fork,
skilling into Pierce +3 (Ascendancy)
skilling into chain +1 (Ascendandy)

buying the rigwalds would be quite expensive for me after getting the other items but is an option!

At the moment using Lightning Arrow but will try Tornadoshot to if its leveled enough!
