Suggestion: storm burst MTX effect

Hi,

I recently restarted to play and my build consist of storm burst, thanks to Mathilification and I love this spell the fact that it look like a Bubble ready to explode, but with electricity instead of water even if your 3 elements are fire cold and lightning.
Now you're starting to see where I'm going. I'd really like this skill/spell to get a watery Bubble effect or soap Bubble at your discretion.
I also realise that the monster Tide strider use a similar skill.

If you already had the idea on a sketch or somewhere for a mtx of Storm burst, well now you have at least 1 player who already like the idea.
