Build Feedback Requested: Frozen Critical Needler

Hi all, I'm new here and was hoping to receive some feedback on this build I am trying to achieve. My goal is to have the fastest attack speed, High elemental damage focusing on cold, and constant critical hits. I have also put an effort into Leech life and Vaal Pact, please let me know what you think/feel and please direct me if you think of something better. Thanks much!

Pathing is terrible.
Some awful passives allocated like the entire Crystal Skin cluster, Entropy which gives you DoT damage, Fingers of frost too.
You don't actually need an advice - just copy someone elses build.
Also that tree is for level 99, maybe go for something more reasonable and within your reach.

Too many things wrong with the tree for me to point out.

You should follow some guides to understand the passive tree better before making a build of your own. One of the first things you will learn is that people never take an entire wheel of passives but instead aim for the large passive nodes within the wheel.

And this is why I asked LOL, I had a feeling. I just liked the look of some of those passives. I will definitely try some proven builds before this, I just thought I would make an attempt at putting something together. Thanks for the honest advice without any unnecessary "This is the stupidest thing I've ever seen, you should quit playing while you're behind!" type of comments, I truly appreciate it =)
