Cleared of monsters and refurbished, it seems like an excellent place to stage your forays into the unknown.  Contains a forested entrance with waypoint, 3 indoors rooms, Niko's mine entrance, a verdant patio with the map device, a forested back yard, and a treasure cave to showcase your league reward trophies. Very light on MTXs, in fact only 2 falling leaves MTX decorations are used, and although I like them they are not truly necessary. Built over the Skeletal Hideout tileset. More images
