HELP - What should i upgrade next to my build ?

Hello everyone,

Not played this game since many years, what a blast i have ! It's been a long time since i enjoy this much a game.

Right now i manage to get a flicker build.

The main issue i encounter with the build is my lack of survivability (can't kill bandits camp on T3+ map).

So, what's the next step i should take care of for my char please ?
I have no clue.
