Tornado ranger - dying too fast / new player

Hi guys,

Very new to the game and this is my first character and i used one of the 3.5 guides. While i am not close to have the final setup, i still find myself dying even in the story mode.

For example, the final boss in Act 10, i must have died 30 times, most of the time just coming back in the instance and getting ganged by the mobs waiting for me and insta killing me.

Now, i understand this was supposed to be an evasion build, is it because i am only at 50% chance to evade ?

Any advice on what can i improve would be great.
