static strike assasin help pls

hey guys would please help me about a build that im thinking about? im mostly bad at creating builds and often they wont work very well.i was thinking about doing static strike/ assasin claw. i want to focus on huge crit chance, power charges, elemental damage, claws, and physical dmg.my question is, do you think it will work well?
