Beach Fortress .hideout ready + collab

So since the start of 3.5, I've been putting together a coastal hideout and am making progress. However, I can't come up with anything fitting to put down on the beach and everything I do think of is ruined by that damn ship and flotsam everywhere. I understand the debris likely won't be changed to be removable, so instead I'd like to turn to you guys, meaning anybody here who would like to collaborate on this hideout together. I'll include screenshots as well as a dropbox of the current hideout. If you have any ideas about how to improve or add to it, especially that pesky beachfront, please post below or take and edit the hideout as you wish. I think it could be really fun to have a hideout that takes inspiration from multiple people and evolves over time. Even the smallest contributions are welcome!

Additionally, I'd like to point to namanix's hideout calculator that tells you the decoration requirements as well as the master level requirements for said decorations. This is a very helpful tool and I am grateful to namanix for having created it!
