Hello, I crafted this enchant on one of my shields but it is unsearchable on the trade website. please fix

When items with new mods enter the stash API it can take 5 minutes for them to be added. There is also a local cache on your end that you can clear (https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/settings) if they don't show up after then. ✮
