reworked Arctic Breath effect

Please bring back the old arctic breath effect.

I have played this spell multiple times in the past few years, mainly because of how cool it looked (the skull, the chilling sound while traveling, the explosion effect). With its new rework, I have made it my main source of damage again, but the new visual is very disappointing.

It would be nice to have it as a microtransaction ;)
