Noob question on Scion skill tree

When planning my build, how do I put points in my ascendency so I can start at another class starting point utilizing the passive tree planner on the website? I don't see that option in the skill tree.

You'll need to complete the trials and run the Lord's Labyrinth. You get 2 ascendency points for each level you complete (Normal lab is around level 33, Cruel is 55, Merciless is around 65, and Eternal is found deep in maps.)
