first built ranger more damage? Help a noob out?

So, ive taken my first shot at building a character. I used some references to help me chug along with a few things but I feel its more fun to lean and progress by trying things out. This tornado shot character did me well in delve a bit(by my standards) and i was looking to get a little more damage out of it but im not sure how to do so.

Being that this is the end of the league (we're on standard now) and ive built a bit of currency i was wondering if anyone could help/make a suggestion as to something to obtain or skill tree change to make to assist me in pumping out some more damage.
