Help with my ranger build newbie

Hey newbie at the game created a ranger and I'm going for a rain of arrows build though I never really looked at other guides or anything so I might have messed this up haha.

Also my damage seems low for my level? not to sure and I think I got loads of skill gems that I prob shouldn't be using who knows.

Though unrelated to the build seems like the leveling is extremely slow going through the acts currently on act 6 getting like hardly any xp to get the points to spend on the tree.
