Potential Mirror Elder belt? Help me evaluate this DPS monster

So i completly potato crafted this thing by accident and after looking it up with similar mods i think this might be in mirror item range but i am really not deep into the crafting bussines so i need some professional help with evaluating this belt

In general propably nothing is worth that much for me besides like a 1k dps 2h weapon not that i would have enough money but seeing how many mirror services are being done for questionable items from my view it may be for some people

Sadly leather belt is the best base in delve at least in my eyes
Yes mods are really crazy only item similar in damage and life in offline search is a mirror service stygian

You can't get elder mods on a Stygian Vise, elder/shaper stygians are legacy

If u argue that there's no elder/shaped stygian in league then a normal stygian belt with delve mods will beat this belt for DPS and Life anyway. Once u factor a jewel a stygian is much stronger.

Ur belt is nice but far from mirror worthy.
