Advice on Scion Bow Builds

I am still a noob to POE, but have played enough to get a scion. The tree you used is very close to what i have and planned to take before thinking about MF.

This was based on a Windripper build; but since i don't really understand the mechanics of the game, I am not sure what I need to change:
