hideout changes we need!

i sure hope someone in ggg reads these ideas, maybe some will be added in the next patch! so here are mine:

1) would be nice to be able to choose lets say one of 3 base layouts. so for example vorici could have backstreet, but maybe also sewer and marketplace base?

2) saving up to a certain number of hideouts maybe?

3) add navali/niko (cause delve is awesome, keep it) as masters, fix leo (currently you cant really level him unless you heavily abuse gracious master prophecy)

4) dont change the existing hideout layouts anymore, if i have to optimize my builds every patch, i at least shouldnt have to redecorate again

5) make decors resellable to masters, maybe at half price even. people want to test a decor before using it, especially cause i assume new decors will be added
