Looking for help getting past Uber w/ level 80 Consecrated Path

Hey folks,

Wondering if you all can give some advice to a newb who's trying to make it through UberLab. I've managed to get as far as character level 80 and about level 6 Maps, but lately my health gets sucked down super fast by bosses, and even map 2 of UberLab is too much. The forums have helped me push past hurdles like this in the past. But this latest one I can't seem to find a breaking point! It seems like I'm doing everything folks are suggesting, and still getting death after death. Hoping maybe you'll see something I'm not...

My major stats are as follows:

Scion // Juggernaut lvl 80
HP: 4k
Elemental Resistances (all): 75%
Chaos: -40%
Damage Reduction from Physical: 45%
Evasion: 9%

Passive Tree

My gear and gems are below:

Helmet, armor, boots, gloves, belt

Because I'm taking so much damage, rolling w 2 health flasks, plus extra elemental resist:

After reading some guides showing the importance of high weapon speed, i've been aiming for that:

Main strategy is to throw an Ancestral Chieftain + Orb of Storms down, which gets me through most situations. Against bosses, I'll also Onslaught and Ancestral Vaal. Those combined have gotten me through most battles, but like I said, lately just hasn't cut it.
