What do I do with this? i86 EV/ES chest

Got i86 chest from Uber Elder. Threw a 30% quality/life fossil on it for fun and got the above results.

T1 % life
T4 life
Fossil life/life %
Fossil life regen

No clue if I should even try to do something with this or if I should just shove it in a tab and let it rot there like 99% of the rest of the gear I keep "just in case" I want to craft later.
