This build allows you to play safe. The purpose of this build is to make mobs fully slowed and kill them all with poison&chaos DOT and The main goal is clear any maps fast..

Pros & Cons

Pros:

+ make mobs fully(max) slowed
+ you have 79/79/79 elemental resistances allmost all time of gameplay (Divination Distillate)
+ semi MF gameplay with flask (Divination Distillate)
+ HC viable
+ High Life Pool
+ no need to manage flask macro, free charges (pathfinder)
+ all map mods are available. no need to check map mods!
+ very enough clear speed for endgame maps and Delve
+ able to hit one shot to lots of maps' bosses
+ budget gear setup is available
+ beginner friendly

Cons:

- Intelligence requirement is a bit hard.
- Endgame bosses like shaper, guardians, elder, elder guardians all have "cannot fully slowed" mod.

Important:

Herald of Agony supports you in Delve very well.
So you can remove Fenumus's Weave gloves and use Herald of Agony with 3 supports gems. You can see that mobs are still enough slow. You can check on video section to see the difference.

Gameplay Loop

1- pop the quicksilver
2- pop the Divination Distillate & Quartz Flask together and attack your skill When you see mob pack or boss
3- go through the mob pack or dodging around boss for max. slowed

that's all. simple and enough lazy :P
