Thoughts and opinions on SRS Scion

I have an old char that used to use SRS as primary damage dealer. Is an SRS using Scion still a viable build? I've been trying to work up a current build for it, but I'm not happy with what I'm seeing so far. Trying to do ES/CI for defense.

Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Since no one replied, I went and tried a rebuild of my own, and now I know SRS is still quite effective. I'm not good at making builds, but even my halfassed attempt is kinda fun. If anyone comes up with a good SRS Scion build, I'd love to see it.
