SELF Proc Arcane surge interaction with Illuminated Devotion and Arcane Blessing



Ok guys since it appears that Path of Building does not calculate correctly and will not show effects/interactions.


If say I am self activating Arcane Surge (AS) L20 Q0.0 ( 20% MORE SPELL DAMAGE; 19% Inc CST SPEED; 1% mana regen)

With Illuminated Devotion ( ID) selected in tree I am going to assume that:
1)the 20% MORE damage from AS and
2) the 40% INC from ID
both apply at the same time..........???????



With Arcane Blessing (AB) it "GAINS" you L1 AS when you or your totems hit.
Will the "GAIN" of L1 with AS
1) OVERRIDE the L20 AS I self initiated??
2) Both apply at same time with the L1 from AB having its 4 sec duration and my self initiated AS having its own duration?
3) Self initiated AS will take priority over the L1 AS from AB


I really want the "can not be effected by status ailments" from AB but not if i am going to sacrifice a L20 AS for a L1 AS.... :/
