If that would have been +1 strength gems instead of +1dex then would be perf mirror tier roll (+1 str would add extra lvl for empower) Still gets close to a +3 staff, since it has 20% more spell damage Currently for empower users it gives a lvl 27 spell Planning on selling it to actually make the perfect roll. It's not hard to craft +3 bow with 20% more damage. The reason there isn't anything better for sale is because 3 people that would want something like that crafted it themselves and have it equipped
