(Noob Templar Help)

Hi everyone! I'm woking on builing this Criticle-Arc Templar (Inquisitor)

1. So far I love this build, I've tried other builds. But so far this one has made the game for me. I'm super excited to make it to maps and work on farming gear/currency with him.

2. My question is this, there's no passive points assigned to life leech of any kind in this build. I think life leech would be super helpful. Here's an overview of the passive points I'm supposed to take I was wondering if anyone could take a look at it and tell me where I can get some life leech.

3. I know I'm probably asking for a lot here. But I really have no clue what on this tree is super important. I'm afraid if I pick something myself I'm gonna trash the build. So if you could just let me know any nodes I could skip in favor of life leech, It'd be super appreciated. Thanks!
