well you need to define the scale. is 1 fast or 10 fast? where is zero, as in you wouldn't vendor it? your scale assumes every person would vendor it and the only thing that would vary would be the speed at which its vendored

I would keep just so i could imagine all the possible builds and combinations with it even though i would probably play none at all and just stick with "meta" builds.
