Adds 11 to 22 Cold Damage to Mace Attacks affect spells ?

Hello PoE community I can't find information about that affix "Adds 11 to 22 Cold Damage to Mace Attacks". I wana know if I put gem like this Murderous Eye Jewel in Stygian Belt my spell like fireball will by affected by this cold dmg too ? Ofc I will use a Mace.

Nope, because fireball isn't attack, it's spell.
