why? math.

1/3 chance to hit armor, 2/3 to brick (66%). OR

1/4 chance to hit armor, 1/4 to hit crafted mod, 2/4 to brick (50%).

if you craft and annul the armor, you can then just scour the crafted affix. if you annul the craft, you craft again and repeat.

In the worst case you can craft 5%MS from Tora, so just 1/3 chance for total brick.
