Tornado shot + LMP only one projectile?

I have socketed Tornado shot and linked LMP, and it just shoots one arrow.
I've looked all over, but I can't seem to find any information on why this would not work. Am I doing it wrong? Or is this a bug... Last bumped on Jul 26, 2018, 3:48:33 PM
