Knockback/Stun/Leech Build - looking for feedback

New player here.

Had an off-the-wall build idea (for me) that maximizes leech from passives, stuns, and improved knockback.

Build goes to optimize bow damage and crits.

Took blood magic passive due to high leech.

I noticed that evasion is very low - would this be a problem for this build taking into account that would want to get evasion gear and whatnot? Also, how is accuracy?

I stuck in the Lionel Jewel to turn claws to bow - but originally went to Fangs of Viper - Coordination - Blood Siphon - Assassination. (Lose a lot of dex, and some str and int with the jewel - but liked Soul Raker for bow) Was that worth it??

Please let me know what you guys think. Would like to play the above build - but if not good for new player, I would like some insight on more streamlined, balanced Raider:
