Pc/wts high res 2stone ring incursion sc

I have no idea what it might be worth...

Two stone ring

+16 fire and cold res

7-11 fire dmg
15 all res
45 fire res
45 cold res
43 life (crafted)

Totals out @ 167 res.
Has only one fixed prefix so can roll any dmg (not fire) life, es, mana etc.

I am thinking of removing the life and using an exalt hoping for flat ele dmg or life and then mastercrafting the other.

Looking at poe.trade tells me the cheapest similiar ring is listed @ 40c.
Does that work on box?
