HOW DOES HE DO IT?

Vaal Earthquake does a ripple each time you take a step, which hits enemies to proc Mjolner. We stack movement speed to increase the rate of our steps which increases our attacks per second so that Mjolner is constantly procing as we run past mobs.
This isn't a bossing build, you will not be able to safely farm bosses t13 and above. This build is for speed farming maps under tier 11. Rat's Nest & Devoto's are also solid choices, i'd say use Starkonja to be tankier for higher tier maps and use Devoto's Devotion for quick lower tier maps.
Body Armour

Best in Slot for Scion variant of the build, i will make an elementalist varient later which im assuming will want to use Inpulsa's instead. Ill test them both out and let you guys know, but for Scions definately use Queen Of The Forest.
Gloves

Boots

100/10 vaal earthquake the funniest vaal skill so far.

Using VEQ to proc Mjolnir is just...idk, feels wrong to me. I don't see any synergy here - it's just Mjolner build with bunch of wasted sockets at that point. And if that's the case why not just use Cyclone / Shield charge instead and maybe add Abberath's hooves on top of that?

" I think the synergy comes from not needing to stop really. once the EQ starts along with phaserun you can continuously run, Maybe Abberath's would work the same however you lose out on 15% MS and Abberath;s hooves also has a internal CD at 160% MS+ not sure if EQ has the same thing |
