Does anyone know how the Vaal portion of the skill determines the strength/length of the automatic stun?
I'm planning to use it in a more supportive link with Endurance charge on stun, but without much damage supporting it, would Stun Support do anything outside its quality adding stun duration? So would some extra damage just win out because i'm not going to do enough to reach stun threshold on bosses anyway? | |

Anybody got any idea where and how this drops in Ultimatum? I've done about 50 vaal side areas and still haven't found it....
