Scorching Ray MXT

I’d love a Scorching Ray Alternate Effect which was... how to word this... a lot less FWOOSH! and a lot more BWEEEM! Does that make sense? Less Flamethrower and more Laser Beam.


I know it’s a little greedy since SR already has Stygian and Radiant Alternate Effects.
