Need help on creating simple high dps tornado shot build, forgot old one

I played this game a while back and was working on a build but I stopped playing. Today I redownloaded the game and searched for the build I was building, but could not find it, was wondering if someone could draft me up a quick build with what I have so far. All I remember is that it had something to do with tornado shot and the citadel bow i have. Not wanting anything to big, just something I can work with that is high DPS and can use equipment I already have.
