Hello, I am EggY, for a while now i've been working on a CI Wander, that can clear very fast and Melt bosses.
Build idea: The build uses a HOWA Shaper wand, meaning, Adds 1 to 6 lightning damage to attacks per 10 intelligence, like this: This helps us stack massive ammounts of flat lightning damage! More than any Wand that doesnt have this mod! Last bumped on May 12, 2018, 7:32:52 AM
