Icestorm SFX

Hello there forum,

I have been playing a Whispering Ice build recently and the one thing that really annoyed me was how the sounds were so horribly distorted, especially on lower volumes. I turned them off entirely now but have to keep a keen eye on good loot, only because it's this annoying for the ear.

Why not let us turn certain skill sounds off? Or have new SFX for Icestorm? It's a great ability and a great build, so it'd really make my game experience better. I cannot hope that you fix the FPS issues at the same time that this build creates, but it's fine.
