Why doesn't the model for Relentless Fury Decorative Axe look the same as the profile image. it's heart breaking because it looks so badass in the profile image and i just want it to look the badass on the model please GGG look at it if want to

Not all uniques have their own unique 3D models yet. GGG is slowly working on adding them over time.
I agree that Relentless Fury in particular deserves one. It would make a really neat skin transfer. |

It is a shame, though. Lots of cool uniques that would look absolutely stunning in game that lack 3D-art altogether. Formless Inferno is another I'd love seeing added.
