Smaller Cloaks like Wasteland Warrior's

I'm using the alpha Manticore armor from the supporter pack. While looking great, since the skirt has some physics (which is cool by the way), it does ruin a bit the style because you cannot the huge majority of cloaks since they will all clip through the skirt. The only remedy I found was the Wasteland Warrior's Cloak, but in the beginning I was more interested in the Blackguard Cloak.

We have so many long cloaks, it would be in my opinion a nice addition to introduce similar small cloaks but with more variety in colors (red, brown etc.).
