LL RF help/advice

Hello! I'm wondering if someone could look at my tree gear and tell me if there's something i can do change to make things better. I was following a build that got more es from mana but i thought i change it a little cause i have a mana guardian support so i don't need mana i think. Well any help appreciated thx.
