[3.1] Pwn's 1m DPS Oni-Goroshi PermaFlicker Slayer

Flicker is not viable on Uber Atziri so I won't be trying it.

I've been playing a Oni-Goroshi build using The Red Trail and Golden Rule for frenzy charge generation. I've seen a couple people post that they are having issues trying to run a similar build so I thought I'd put together a guide for how I'm doing things.

Mechanics
The core mechanic for this build is using the new unique sword Oni-Goroshi which ends up having really strong damage and a high crit rate. We want to focus on increasing our crit rate to guarantee "her embrace" is always active. This requires 1 crit every 3 seconds and at 9 attacks a second it has 100% uptime. We combine this with the new jewel Golden Rule and The Red Trail boots to generate frenzy charges every time we hit something.

It's also important to have at least 1 piece of gear that adds flat fire damage so we can activate "Her Embrace".

The problem most people run in to is that if you are hitting really hard and reflecting bleed to yourself you will kill yourself nearly instantly. We can easily mitigate this problem by converting 90% of our physical damage to elemental, making the bleed damage trivial. I've done this by picking up the "Winter Spirit" notable and using a Physical to Lightning support gem.

A useful tip for cold start on bosses / single enemy.
You can use an offhand swap bow to use puncture. This guarantees a bleed on you and allows for instant frenzy charge generation.

I leveled with Frost Blades and didn't use frenzy charges before I got my boots. Leveled Flicker strike in offhand weapons until I hit level 68 and made the swap.

Made some changes to the tree, more life, more free int, more crit, more overall DPS, less elemental damage. Plus puts you near Diamond Skin for capping resists earlier at the cost of a few points, more more friendly to gear restrictions.

What are your thoughts?

have you cleared any of the end game bosses>?

You aren't converting enough of your damage to elemental, the bleed will pretty much instantly kill you.

I haven't tried yet.

I've been able to do all the T15 bosses easily so far though. Started the league a bit late but will be pulling guardians tomorrow.

I've been playing around with similar build ideas. What is your bleed dps? Do you use a flask between packs of mobs to stop the bleed or does your overleech beat it? I was considering getting a 29% conversion watcher's eye to have 99% conversion to elemental so I wouldn't need to use a bloodgrip because I'm running my build on raider.
