I need help.

My friend wilDozer a long time player, is a cancer survivor and is about to have a brain aneurism about t10-t13 drops, he is full chisel, alch and vaal, and biscoes, and cannot sustain a pool.

He is playing for about 8 hours a day, on chemo, and isn't having fun.

He would really like to play the game and its maps

Please why are maps RNG?

Why can't the boss be the challenge, not actually getting there?

I would come back to this game to if I could actually play it.

Been to 89+ with multiple characters and at the end have 1-5 red maps.
