Lightning trap

I really like the sunblast lightning trap grenadier playstyle.
I've made a few in previous leagues, and though they have some strong counters, were always fun and effective to play.

I'm now theorycrafting a version for friendly CTF and sarn arena.

Ideally i'd like:
close to 1hit cluster dps
Fast mobility
decent proj speed
Decent trap cooldown
Decent mana pool
4-5k life

Wands would grant me amazing proj speed, freeing up a link, and added cast speed would mean warp would be viable; though that would mean use warp helm enchant instead of lightning trap duration.
Ascendancy - Pathfinder, to cover the lack of mobility.

Daggers mean a fast whirling blades for mobility (shield charge gets countered too easily by beartraps)
But I loose proj speed and cast speed making warp unfavorable.
Ascendancy -
* Saboteur - With decent trap throwing speed, 40% cooldown from ascendancy, 30 from tinkerskin and 30 from helm enchant and a unreserved mana pool (essence worm-Wrath, clear mind), would mean being able to spam traps constantly. Or forgoe tinkerskin for skin or another 1+ Armour for more dps.
* Assassin - 30-40% more dps than sab with higher likelyhood of getting 1shots through stacked crit multi. Gauranteed crit vs full light. Would need to use JewsOfAgony in mainhand or switch for get powercharges if necessary.

Staff - Agnerod west / 3+lightning . Staffs would give decent damage and the option of wearing kaoms, but loose most proj speed and mobility.

Cluster + multitrap, or just cluster?

Anyone have any tips of creative ideas?

Cluster Alone is better than cluster+multiple.


Anyway If you use a warp enchant helm, arc trap could be much better than lightning trap in somecase.
You should swap them.

Yeah I was using arc traps last league as my tank buster swap. Probably not necessary in temp league post es nerf.

I think I'm still leaning towards daggers, mobility is pretty fun.
