Looking for advice on this Ele Blade Flurry build (Path of building!)

Idea is Ele Blade Flurry with new Tempest's Binding helm for free 6 link.

Just not sure what I could do to improve the build. I'm not very experienced with BF builds in general. I really don't want to do crit.

Goal is just something to farm t15s / t15 Beachhead maps. I want to be able to kill Overgrown Ruin bosses. Guardians are what ever. Doubt I'll bother with Shaper this league.
