Need Help With CoC Discharge Build

So I'm having problems with my build. It seems I don't have enough crit chance. I'll go into a pack of mobs and it could take anywhere from 3-5 seconds to actually get a discharge to pop.

My accuracy rating is 1800, with a 89% chance to hit. I'm using cyclone. I did some tests with shield charge and I have boiled it down to my crit chance and not my accuracy.

While I do need more crit chance, I'm not sure where and how to pick it up. Even with most of my gear having crit chance, and every single gem, it's still not enough. I picked up all the crit chances I could in the skill tree but that still doesn't seem like enough. How much crit chance is enough? I just don't know where I'm going wrong.
