Viper Strike

Hey guys, with the new threshold jewels I figured I wanted to try out a viper strike build

I just want some tips for the build, right now its sitting at ~4900 life, lvl 84 I'm struggling to get past t9 content without using a lot of my portals but I dont have an issue with damage,

If I go CI i'll lose a signifcant amount of damage from Dream feather as evasion/es items wouldnt be efficient.

any suggestions to increase the durability of my character? I have a inc duration CWDT immortal call set up.
