Stored Spectres and fewer but stronger minions

Sounds like the summoner may get some pvp love. Stored minions is amazing. Maybe spectres will be somewhat viable in sarn or pvp. The minions available in sarn and the pvp arenas are pretty garbage. Anyone have any interesting plans for summoner pvp in the future?
