Need big help with my ice crash slayer (LHC).

So, i have been following Mathils guide which i stupidly thought was for HC (new player).Everything went smooth during leveling phase but since hes not using immortal call and using kaoms roots, things are getting pretty rough.

I would really appreciate some help with how to gear, and some general tips aswell. As a new player with essentially no guide im kinda lost. Got around 100c to spend. Havent really bought anything expensive since 65 except the 5-link kondo's for 22c.

Currently farming 1-3 maps.
