Race Ladder ranks are not updating!

Hey guys, i have killed brutus( brutus kill race ) under 12 minutes and 22 second as a Scion, the problem is that my name is not on the ladder! The first Scion who killed Brutus there, killed him in 13 minutes and 32 seconds! I was faster tham him, why im not at the top10?

Lets say i start the race 30 minutes later and finish brutus within a lower time. The guy who killed him first will earn the price instead me?
