Amazing clear speed & Damage (Guardian viable!)

Editorial Comments:

• This build guide is very meat and potatoes, hence no long introduction in this section, however, the build obviously clears very well.

• The flasks and the chest (6L) may be the most expensive part of this build, but I would imagine that you can probably run it on a "budget" if you can find reasonably priced WED gear.

• Non-meta bonus!
